1. WE ARE:
All over 45, politically liberal, and strive to be inclusive. Located all over the world, we communicate and support each other all year-round. Some of us are introverts and some of us are extroverts, but we all prioritize the wellbeing of the team. We prioritize teamwork and collaboration over self promotion. Some of us are artists, some prefer to build spreadsheets, some like cosplay, others solve puzzles, some just prioritize helping others. We value our differences, and what each person can bring to the table making all of us stronger. Also,TACOS are pretty important up in here.
2. YOU ARE:
You are interested in learning new skills and making new friends, while learning and being respectful of the existing team culture and values. You bring a sense of humor and playfulness with you, and a willingness to support others. You will sometimes need to be ridiculous, confused and imperfect along with the rest of us.
